A Hero with a Thousand I's

Here's a couple cool quotes I came across recently, this one is from Joseph Campbell from his book The Hero with a Thousand Faces:

"It would not be too much to say that myth is the secret opening through which the inexhaustible energies of the cosmos pour into human cultural manifestation. Religions, philosophies, arts, the social forms of primitive and historic man, prime discoveries in science and technology, the very dreams that blister sleep, boil up from the basic, magic ring of myth."

This quote is from Buckminster Fuller's book I Seem to be a Verb:

I live on Earth at present,
and I don't know what I am.
I know that I am not a category.
I am not a thing--a noun.
I seem to be a verb,
an evolutionary process--
an integral function of the universe.
